I had exactly the same issue with Traktor to which I had to make a costly phone call to Berlin after 3 days of trying to activate the software. I have followed all of the support advice (or should I say lack of as there is still a problem!), uninstall, reinstall, download latest version, download older version, download the demo etc etc etc and I still cannot activate Massive because the Service Centre either doesn't connect, won't open or crashes on opening. Judging by the previous posts (which I add seems to be close to the hundreds!) this is a very common problem! I have had problems activating NI products in the past and the support is dire!
